CHENG DU CHIPWELL TECHNOLOGY
Chengdu CHIPWELL Technology is a company specializing in chip design and packaging testing. Its predecessor was responsible for the distribution and agency of power transistors such as Ampleon, MACOM, QORVO, NXP, SUMITOMO, ADI, and Marki. In 2023, it began to focus on domestic substitution and original site replacement. In 2023, it shipped 200k units, in 2024, 800k units, and it is expected to reach 2000k units in 2025. The company has a scale of over 100 people, with an office area of over 500 square meters, and has set up offices in Beijing and Shenzhen. The company has obtained the GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification. The headquarters is located in Chengdu, and offices have been set up in Beijing and Shenzhen. Chengdu has a 1000-square-meter automated production line. Currently, there are over 100 employees, with more than 40% being R&D personnel, and most of them come from key research institutes under China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. The proportion of postgraduate degrees is as high as 50%. The company has established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with many well-known enterprises under China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, such as 10 Institute and 29 Institute.

How to Ensure Stable Performance of FET Switches Across Different Frequencies?
To maintain consistent performance of Field-Effect Transistor (FET) switches over varying frequencies, the following key strategies should be implemented
Introduction to Typical FET Switch Circuits
Field-Effect Transistor (FET) switches are widely used in RF and microwave systems for signal routing, modulation, and impedance switching. Below are the most common FET switch circuit configurations and their operating principles
In what fields or applications are 0° power dividers commonly used?
The 0° power divider, capable of evenly distributing (or combining) signal energy while maintaining strict phase coherence (0° phase difference) across output ports, is widely used in RF and microwave systems requiring phase synchronization. Below is a detailed overview of its key applications
